Cade, which is botanically known as Juniperus oxycedrus, is a small tree that belongs to the Cypress family. Cade essential oil is extracted from the heartwood and branches of the tree using the process of steam distillation. According to Ayurveda, cade essential oil is used for skin ailments like psoriasis, scabies, eczema and skin eruptions. It also effective in treating hair and scalp related problems like dandruff, hair fall and hair damage. Cade essential oil has many natural compounds that make this oil analgesic, antiseptic, antiparasitic and antimicrobial.
